Machine for quality control of knitted fabrics from the operator side. Total absence of tension thanks to electronic relaxation and overfeed devices. Minimal fabric path helps avoid tension and is supported by the compact machine structure. Ergonomic controls and inspection table are designed for operator comfort and ease of use. No fabric path change is required when switching between large roll, plaited fabric, or small roll. Relax control and roll compactness are managed through the touch screen, with recipe-saving capability. Available with different motorized entries: plaited fabric, small roll, and large roll. Automatic connection of the axial unwinder to the trolley requires no manual intervention. Includes spreader rollers, electronic meter counter with serial output, and automatic fabric cutting. Optional features include variable-inclination and color-changing inspection table, packaging unit, weighing system, automatic roll unloading, and production data management software.
